Silkcafe.co.uk provides free shipping with all products ordered within the United Kingdom. We aim to deliver your goods within 1-3 working days.

Next Day Delivery only available in UK. Goods where stated may take longer for delivery due to these products being handmade. We will inform you of estimated delivery time as time of purchase. Any item which may be out of stock could take upto 28 days delivery.

For delivery to europe there is a 5 day delivery process and additional shipping costs.

For rest of world there is a estimated 7 day delivery process and additional shipping costs.

Any goods shipped outside of the UK may incur additional handling charges from the countries port of entry.

US & Rest of World shipping can take upto 15 days.

Refunds & Returns

Silkcafe.co.uk has a no quibble returns policy, if you do not like the product or the colour we will either exchange for a product of the same value or refund the full amount less the cost of postage.

You are entitled to return any product ordered via the Silkcafe.co.uk website within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

If you return items which are unwanted then the original postage costs will be subtracted from the total price and the subsequent amount refunded.

Any product you wish to exchange for a more or less expensive product you will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Please return any products you wish not to keep, unworn and in the original package enclosing your receipt.

If you ask for a refund, Silkcafe.co.uk will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within twenty eight (28) business days of receipt of the goods returned by crediting your charge or credit card. Under no circumstances will it be possible to grant you an electronic credit usable on the Silkcafe.co.uk website.

Damaged or Defective Items
In either case (exchange or refund), the shipping costs incurred in returning any replacement goods to you will be refunded if you were justified in returning the goods because they were not as ordered (e.g., product reference error, damaged goods, etc.). Silkcafe has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned to Silkcafe.co.uk. Silkcafe will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to the Silkcafe.co.uk website is lost, misdirected or delivered late.
